Interview with Ingrid Thijssen.

Ingrid Thijssen is the head of VNO-NCW, a firm which represents over half of the businesses in The Netherlands.

She has been warning about the business climate of Holland. According to her, this is deteriorating to a point at which many companies are contemplating leaving the Netherlands.

However, she has also been criticised for (1) ‘greenwashing’ the businesses she represents and (2) not taking responsibility for her role in the Dutch nitrogen crisis. We pressed her on these topics.
